Acquisition Marks an Expansion of Microsoft Relationship and
Drives CGS' Leadership in Delivering Service and Support for
Microsoft Dynamics™
New York, NY, November 28, 2006 - Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS), a leading provider of software, systems integration, eLearning and outsourcing services to organizations worldwide, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CGS Redmond Technologies, LLC (CGSRT) has acquired certain assets of privately held DMS Technology Solutions LLC (d/b/a "Altara"), a Microsoft© partner recognized as one of the Top 10 Microsoft Dynamics© partners worldwide.
This move comes on the heels of CGS' recent announcement that its subsidiary CGSRT has acquired the assets of privately held FolioDev, a development company with strong domain knowledge in the professional services sector, specifically advertising and marketing, architecture and engineering, government contracting, IT consulting and legal services.
